A COPY OF REGISTRATION PAPERS IS REQUIRED FOR ALL HORSES
 
Horses hauled across state lines must have a Coggins test and Health Certificate with the exception of those traveling in Oregon and Washington.

DESCRIPTION: On a separate piece of paper, please give a brief, non-commercial description of this horse for use by the announcer. (No sales prices or stud fees). Include information about your breeding program. PLEASE include: WHY I LIKE THIS horse and/or I like this/these bloodlines.

Handler attire should be neat and clean. Any style of humane halter is permissible. Horses are to be presented in a relaxed manner. Whips may be carried, but must be held in the down position and horses may not be posed using a whip.
 

Fantasia Eligibility Information    

                          Horses must be either Al Khamsa and/or CMK eligible.                               

Al Khamsa horses are those horses in North America that can be reasonably assumed to descend
entirely from Bedouin Arabian horses bred by the nomadic horse-breeding tribes of the deserts of the Arabian peninsula and without admixture of horses unacceptable to Al Khamsa.
 
CMK Horses: “A CMK Arabian traces in at least 75% of its pedigree to traditional Blunt/Davenport breeding of the 1950s; any or all of the horses of the Reese (Old California) and Dean (Midwest) coordinator circles; other Maynesboro, Crabbet/Old English horses; and unique North American desert lines. CMK horse traces to a CMK sire line and a dam line established in North America by 1950."

I further agree to hold harmless CenPAK, Inc., Al Khamsa, Inc., Deschutes County Fairgrounds, and all representatives of same, for any damage or injury incurred. I further agree to be responsible for any damage or injury that may occur to, or be caused by an animal, or vehicle owned or exhibited by me or my representative(s).
